Mental Health Human Services agencies provide services to Rockland residents who may have a mental illness, mental retardation or developmental disability, or alcohol and/or substance abuse addictions and problems. These services include, but are not limited to: clinical treatment, case management, advocacy services, family support services, information and referral, vocational assessment training supported employment, supported housing and community education.
